Your personal information is being collected by Think HQ Pty Ltd, trading as ‘Think HQ’. Think HQ is contracted by the Australian Government Department of Health and Aged Care to operate and manage the Aged Care Translation service.

The personal information that will be collected will include your full name, email address, phone number, and your organisation's name and physical address. It may also include other information to fulfil this service, such as the materials you would like translations.

We collect personal information to enable us to contact you to deliver this service.
What would happen if your personal information was not collected?
If you do not provide your personal information, we will be unable to contact you to deliver this service.
Who will your personal information be disclosed to?
Your personal information is shared with Think HQ and its project personnel. It is also shared with the Department of Health and Aged Care.

Think HQ’s privacy policy contains information about how you may access and seek correction of personal information about you that is held by us.
